Eligible to become members:
- Professionals with five years of continuous, documented work experience as Paralegals at a law firm, law office or corporate legal department.
- Professionals with seven years of continuous, documented work experience in legal support roles broadly defined (e.g. secretarial and administrative positions at a law office or firm).
- Law graduates, trainee lawyers or former lawyers who wish to pursue a career as Paralegals.
- Certified professionals who have successfully completed a Paralegal specialization program meeting the criteria set by the Board, with at least four months of relevant work experience.
Honorary Members
Honorary Members may be appointed by decision of the Board of Directors and are persons of special recognition for their exceptional contribution to the promotion and advancement of the Paralegal profession, distinguished for their social and scientific activity, or persons who wish to support the Association materially, financially or otherwise. Honorary members are exempt from any membership-fee obligation and may participate in the General Assembly without voting rights or eligibility for elected office.
Annual membership renewal is carried out according to the provisions of the Greek Paralegal Association.
